Starting 2025 The Dancing Moose Café will not be open for “drive by” guests. Breakfast, including our “famoose” Dutch **Pannekoek” will still be available, between 7.30 am to 10.00 am for guests that stay in one of our rentals (Sleeping Moose, Zzzz Moose Cabins, Zzzz Moose 2.0 cabin and our new one, the Birch Plain Tower)
But… it is still possible to enjoy our food, breakfast and lunch. We will take reservations for special occasions, birthday party’s, social meetings, business meetings, small weddings etc. A minimum of 12 guests is required.

**What is a Pannekoek?
Pannekoek is the Dutch way to enjoy a different kind of "pancake" for both breakfast and lunch. Try them sweet with real whipped cream, syrup, honey, icing sugar, fresh fruit, chocolate, raisins, nuts—the options are limited only by what's in season, whats in the fridge and your imagination.
Or go savory; onions, pepper, ham, and mushroom baked in, with cheese melted on top, the “farmers” or bacon cooked in, and one or two egg(s) fried your way on top. Bacon with ginger, sweet and savory! There is a version for everyone and you can also build your own!
