Cancellation Policy

 

 

We Are Pet Friendly

To secure your reservation, call us directly or book online. We need your name, telephone number and a valid credit card. We do not require a deposit.

Please Note:

  1. 100% of the fee will be charged to the credit card associated with the reservation if you do not show up.

  2. If you book via a booking site the cancellation policy as stated on that site will be the one that applies.

Zzzz Moose Cabins: Cancellation Policy

If you notify us within 7 days or more of  your reservation, there is no cancellation fee. Less than 7 days notice of a cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your total accommodations reserved. 

Sleeping Moose Cottage: Cancellation Policy

If you notify us within 30 days or more of  your reservation, there is no cancellation fee. Less than 30 days notice of a cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your total accommodations reserved. 

 

Zzzz Moose Cabins: Dog / Pet Policy

There is no extra fee associated with pets staying in the camping cabins.

    Sleeping Moose Cottage:  Dog / Pet Policy

    We allow pets on a case by case basis in the Sleeping Moose Cottage. Please let us know that you plan to bring your pet and we will discuss this with you.

    There is a $25.00 cleaning fee per stay for pets in this cottage. 

    Please observe the following rules regarding pets:

    1. You are responsible for your pet while visiting us.
    2. Do not allow your pets on the beds or furniture.
    3. Please pick up after your dog around our property.
    4. Be respectful! Please use a leash when walking.
    5. No pets allowed in the Restaurant except for working dogs and guide dogs.
